Kate Sloss
Managing Director
Kate’s journey in the Civil Contracting Industry began in 1991. She has co-owned road and drainage companies that incorporated internal traffic management, which were later sold. From 2013 to 2022, Kate served as the Administration and Accounts Manager for JFC Ltd.’s South Island division. Her commitment to excellent customer service and ongoing employee development is a testament to her dedication in making PEAK a preferred TTM supplier. Kate holds a Level 3 Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety and is currently obtaining her Level 4.
Colin Sloss
Estimating and Truck Production Manager
Colin has an extensive 37+ year history in the Civil Contracting Industry across New Zealand and has previously owned and operated successful Civil Contracting companies incorporating TTM. From 2013 to 2022, he served as the General Manager for JFC Ltd South Island. Colin consistently prioritises aligning cost estimating, planning, and programming with client specifications while considering ‘best for project’ options. His unwavering dedication extends to ensuring client satisfaction and cultivating positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Kevin Westeneng
Team Leader - Traffic Management Planning
Kevin brings over two decades of experience in traffic planning and compliance, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. His journey includes pivotal roles at City Care Ltd, and SCIRT, where he led significant traffic management functions, developed and implemented compliance and training programs, and coordinated thousands of traffic management plans. Kevin's expertise in liaising with councils, managing workflow, and ensuring compliance is invaluable. We are excited to have Kevin's extensive experience and leadership skills contribute to our team's success.
Mike Smith
Business Development and Fleet Manager
Mike recently transitioned to PEAK, bringing over two decades of experience in traffic management and recent expertise in transport production. As our Business Development Manager, Mike plays a key role in driving growth and fostering client relationships. His personable nature and extensive industry knowledge ensure that he effectively supports our mission and contributes to our ongoing success.
Leanne Davies
Stakeholder Manager
Leanne possesses over 20 years of experience in client engagement. She began her career as a self-employed entrepreneur, built successful businesses, and developed a communicative and positive team culture amongst her staff. In 2022, she embarked upon her most recent stakeholder management journey, entering the construction industry as part of JFC's Christchurch Branch. Leanne has considerable experience liaising with members of the public and will maintain a friendly, informative, and approachable presence for all key stakeholders.
