What We Deliver
PEAK Traffic Management provides temporary traffic management services throughout Christchurch and Canterbury, supporting projects across a wide range of industries and work environments.
We work with civil contractors, builders, utility providers, infrastructure teams, local authorities and other organisations undertaking work within or alongside the road corridor.
From short-duration works through to larger and more complex projects, our services can be engaged individually or combined to provide coordinated support from early planning and Corridor Access requirements through to on-site traffic management and stakeholder communication.

Temporary Traffic Management
PEAK provides reliable, compliant temporary traffic management services tailored to the specific requirements of each project. Our focus is on supporting safe site delivery while helping our clients maintain an efficient and workable site throughout the project.
Our experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisors work closely with clients to understand the work methodology, staging and practical requirements of the site. This helps ensure traffic management is established and maintained in a way that supports the work while remaining responsive to changing conditions.
Our people are supported by purpose-equipped traffic management vehicles and quality equipment, providing the capability and flexibility required across a wide range of worksites.
Traffic Management Plan (TMP) Design
Effective traffic management starts with understanding the work, the environment and the risks involved.
PEAK develops practical, risk-based Traffic Management Plans aligned with the New Zealand Guide to Temporary Traffic Management and applicable Road Controlling Authority requirements.
Each plan is developed around the proposed work methodology, site conditions, traffic environment, identified risks and project constraints. This helps ensure the traffic management approach is suited to the actual requirements of the worksite.
We work collaboratively with clients and relevant Road Controlling Authorities throughout the planning process, with a focus on producing TMPs that are suitable for approval and practical for the crew delivering the work on site.

Corridor Access Request Applications
Working within the road corridor can require approvals and coordination before physical work can begin.
PEAK assists clients with the Corridor Access Request process, including preparing and submitting applications, coordinating supporting traffic management documentation and responding to queries or conditions raised during the approval process.
Requirements vary depending on the Road Controlling Authority, location and nature of the work, so we work with clients to establish what approvals and supporting information are required for each project.
Stakeholder Management
Work within the road corridor can affect property access, parking, businesses, residents, public transport and the way people move through an area. Effective stakeholder management helps identify those impacts early and establishes how affected parties will be informed and supported throughout the work.
PEAK can develop formal Stakeholder Management Plans identifying affected stakeholders, potential impacts, communication methods, responsibilities, timing and specific access or liaison requirements.
We can also support the implementation of the plan, including preparing and distributing notifications, direct liaison with residents, businesses and property owners, coordinating access requirements and responding to questions or concerns before and during the work.
